Marchesini Group, leader in the design and manufacturing of complete packaging lines for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, will take part in PCI Days 2026 – Pharma, Cosmetic & Supplements Industry, which will be held in Warsaw from June 16 to 18. The exhibition, located in the heart of Central and Eastern Europe, brings together all players in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and nutraceutical supply chains, offering valuable opportunities for business and networking.
The highlight of Stand H.02 (Hall 3) will be NOVA, presented to the European market for the very first time at PCI Days 2026 in Poland. This is a new generation high-performance continuous-motion blister machine that combines innovative engineering with cutting-edge functionality, designed with a strong focus on flexibility, efficiency, and sustainability.
In line with the requirements of the European PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation), NOVA supports a wide range of forming and lidding materials, including mono-material solutions: at the exhibition, in particular, the machine will package PE (polyethylene) blisters. Thanks to its quick changeover, integrated quality controls, and ability to handle different production configurations, the machine is also an ideal solution for the nutraceutical sector, where product safety, packaging integrity, and adaptability to different formats are key success factors.
During the exhibition, visitors will have the opportunity to explore the machine’s features and discover its advantages thanks to the presence of the Marchesini Group Polska team, which has been a local reference point for sales and after-sales services for several years.
Also, on display at the stand will be the Customer Portal, the innovative platform developed by Marchesini Group to meet customer needs by enabling a dynamic, real-time exchange of information and providing immediate access to constantly updated data. Through the platform, it is possible to consult digital equipment documentation, with direct access to manuals, as well as the interactive Spare Parts Portal, which allows users to quickly and easily request original Marchesini Group parts.
SEA Vision, a Marchesini Group company specializing in vision systems, will also participate at PCI Days 2026, Hall 3 - Stand H.02. Visitors will be able to see the A‑Eye Clearance system installed on the Group’s new Nova blister machine. This AI-driven solution enables faster, fully automated and paperless line clearance processes, improving both compliance and operational efficiency. Alongside this, A‑Eye Lipstick will highlight the potential of Artificial Intelligence in vision inspection, enabling accurate control of highly variable and complex products such as lipsticks. Completing the portfolio, Yudoo, SEA Vision’s digital platform, will provide visitors an overview of how activities, workflows and tasks can be managed within a unified environment, with real-time visibility on performance and efficiency.
