FSP 05 is an automatic machine for filling and capping RTU containers in Tub/Nest, such as syringes (glass/plastic), vials, and cartridges pre-capped and placed with the mouth downwards.

Main features:

• Traditional or vacuum-assisted filling and stoppering;
• Specific solutions for filling and stoppering high viscosity products;
• Available filling systems: rotary piston pumps and/or peristaltic pumps;
• Cleaning and sterilization in place of the dosing system (CIP/SIP);
• Nitrogen flushing system during filling and stoppering to offer a very low residual amount of oxygen inside the syringe;
• Statistical or 100% weight control (IPC);
• Easy integration under oRABS, cRABS, and Isolator;
