Talent Garage
Inspired by our origins - the company started out in founder Massimo Marchesini’s garage - the Talent Garage project gathers together all our various training initiatives: professional, articulated pathways designed to meet the skills requirements of the various company areas.
Talent Garage is a new structure conceived as a place where people learn by working closely with top professionals. An ongoing training workshop that involves the entire company population, working closely with youngsters, new talent and training and education institutions.
We start from the assumption that all our collaborators have great abilities and talents. The Talent Garage will bring them out:
- to give a structure to induction training
- to promote growth of skills en route
- to respond to market demands
- to certify skills
- to optimise the use of internal resources
