Automatic in-line machine, with alternating motion, without electrical system and PC, as it is managed by the upstream or downstream machine depending on the line configuration, suitable for re-screwing caps on bottles exiting the hot foil induction sealing station.

Main Features:

• Design, construction, and ergonomics in compliance with cGMP standards.
• Compact base that encloses the mechanical control and transmission components, separated from the bottle transport area.
• Provision for the installation of 2, 3, or 4 screwing heads, depending on the required production output.
• Dedicated brushless motor for each screwing head.
• Bottle transport via an alternating motion screw conveyor, driven by a dedicated brushless motor, and a conveyor belt driven by a three-phase motor with inverter for speed adjustment.
• Speed adjustment of the motors performed from the control panel of the upstream or downstream machine (or from the on-board PC if in Stand Alone version).
• Immediate machine stop in case of an error during the re-screwing procedure with manual removal of the incorrectly screwed bottle.
• Simple and quick format change, with guided adjustments.
