Automatic, in line, intermittent motion machine, without electrical system and PC, because managed by upstream or downstream machine in function of the line configuration, suitable to retorque the bottles caps after the hot foil sealing.
Main Features:
- Design, manufacturing and ergonomics, in accordance with cGMP norms.
- Possibility to install 2, 3 or 4 screwing heads, in function of the production needs.
- Screwing heads powered by servo motors.
- Alternate motion servo driven bottle transport system.
- Motors speed adjustment from the upstream or downstream machine control panel (or from the on board PC in case of Stand Alone machine).
- Machine stop in case of error during the retorquing phase, with manual removal of the bottle incorrectly retorqued.
- Guided adjustments for an easy and quick size changeover.
