Cosmopack 2026 will offer Marchesini Group Beauty the opportunity to introduce an international audience to the latest innovations developed for the cosmetics industry. From 26th to 28th March, the Group will be present at BolognaFiere with advanced technological solutions dedicated to production and packaging processes. In response to new market needs, the cosmetics business unit has further expanded its portfolio with complete lines for managing liquid products of any viscosity, from personal care to makeup to fragrances, the central focus of this edition.
At Stand A9 – Hall 19, visitors will be able to take a close-up look at a complete, turnkey line designed for perfume packaging. The solution on show consists of robotised machines by Vibrotech for handling and automatic loading of empty bottles and caps, an Axomatic filling and capping machine, V2 engineering solutions including vertical cartoners for cartoning bottles and an automatic overwrapper; finally, a cartopallet, equipped with a traceability system.
The latter is a software solution developed by SEA Vision. It is part of an end-to-end Digital Product Passport project for the cosmetic industry, enabling each product to be identified through a unique identifier that is printed, recorded and verified throughout the entire supply chain. By linking the physical product to its digital identity, this identifier helps ensure product authenticity and quality, combats global counterfeiting and supports companies in meeting the growing regulatory requirements related to the Digital Product Passport.
“The line we will showcase at this edition of Cosmopack demonstrates the Group’s commitment to developing increasingly flexible turnkey solutions designed to simplify operations, automate processes, reduce format changeover times and optimise production line efficiency,” comments Valerio Soli, CEO of Marchesini Group. “We support cosmetics companies throughout all production stages, from processing to end‑of‑line. Our machines increasingly integrate advanced traceability technologies and artificial intelligence systems, which have now become essential to ensure safety, quality and competitiveness in this constantly evolving sector.”
At the more than 400‑square‑metre stand, additional solutions serving the cosmetics industry will also be on display, including turboemulsifiers of various sizes and capacities developed by the Axomatic and Dumek brands, suitable for both small laboratories and large production plants. Other machines on show include a tube filler, a monobloc bottle filling and capping machine by Rejves Machinery, a lipstick machine manufactured by Cosmatic, and a liquid and cream filling line capable of handling different types of bottles, developed through close collaboration between the Axomatic and Vibrotech brands. Finally, space will be dedicated to Auteco’s software services and to an area showcasing SEA Vision’s A‑Eye Lipstick system, based on artificial intelligence, demonstrating how neural algorithms can enhance quality control.
