Marchesini Group exhibits at ALL4PACK Emballage Paris. The latest innovations for packaging pharmaceuticals and cosmetics will be on show

Marchesini Group is to attend ALL4PACK Emballage Paris, the international exhibition dedicated to the world of sustainable packaging and intralogistics solutions, to be held in Paris from 21 to 24 November. The Group will exhibit a wide range of automatic machines in Hall 5A - stand E025, including an automatic solution for filling and stoppering RTU (Ready to Use) vials, cartridges and syringes in nests.

This machine, produced by the Corima division and already well established on the market, will be on show with a new filling technology using “disposable volumetric pumps” developed by Neoceram in association with Marchesini Group. The machine can also be equipped with other dosing systems, such as the standard rotary piston pumps in both CIP/SIP and autoclavable versions, and with peristaltic pumps. 

Also exhibited at the show will be an under vacuum turboemulsifier suitable for processing liquid and creamy products for medium-scale outputs, manufactured by the Dumek brand. Customers will also enjoy a first-hand view of a Vibrotech mechanical feeding system, designed mainly for feeding bottles. 

Versatile and with particularly easy changeover, it can handle a wide range of products of different sizes with the added benefit of high feeding speeds. Furthermore, the system can be completed with function for inserting products in pucks and with inkjet printing and vacuum-blowing stations. 

To conclude, the stand will also show two solutions for the cosmetic market: an automatic machine for filling and closing polythene, laminate or metal tubes and an alternating motion automatic filling and capping machine for liquid or creamy products, with conveyor belt for stable and unstable cylindrical, oval or square bottles, able to apply various types of cap. Both solutions are produced by Axomatic, a brand of the Group's Beauty Division that designs and manufactures processing and filling machines.
