Marchesini Group's latest innovative solutions on show at FCE Pharma

Marchesini Group will take part in FCE Pharma 2026, one of the most anticipated trade fairs for the South American pharmaceutical industry. From June 1 to 3, visitors will be welcomed at Stand E55 by the team of Marchesini Group do Brasil, the Brazilian subsidiary based in São Paulo, which has been providing customer support and consulting services for several years, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and technical expertise.

For this edition, the Group’s Pharma Business Unit will showcase several solutions, including the INTEGRA 520: a latest-generation servo-driven blister machine that is reliable, compact, and features low maintenance costs. Thanks to its automatic pitch control system, this model—capable of reaching a production speed of up to 520 blisters per minute—can process all types of materials, including monomaterials such as PP, HDPE, PET, and PVC-free alu. This achievement is the result of ongoing work carried out in recent years, during which a cross-functional R&D team was established, initially focused on analyzing new packaging solutions and later dedicated to machinability testing, with the goal of improving both material workability and machine performance. Among the Pharma solutions on display will also be the RL-F800, a very high-speed rotary labeler for vials. 

In addition, the stand will feature a solution from the Group’s Beauty Business Unit: the AXO 1000, a tube-filling machine designed by Axomatic, suitable for filling and sealing plastic tubes, capable of packaging up to 85 pieces per minute.
