Marchesini Group at Cosmofarma Exhibition 2026

Marchesini Group will take part in Cosmofarma Exhibition 2026, from 8 to 10 May 2026, the leading event for health care, beauty care and all services related to the pharmacy sector. On this occasion, visitors will be able to see the new process technology called Turbo 3D, developed in-house to meet the growing demand for operational flexibility and precise control from manufacturers of emulsions, solutions and suspensions.

At Stand B13 – Hall 26, BolognaFiere, visitors will find a Turbo-Mek 150, a turboemulsifier model manufactured by Dumek, equipped with an innovative system that allows turbine optimization according to the recipe and the different product phases. This technology, currently patent pending, overcomes the mechanical limits related to the distance between rotor and stator, enabling customers to optimize the various recipe phases in real time, reduce production cycle times and improve overall energy consumption. 

In addition to flexibility, this solution provides greater control over production scalability starting from laboratory data. The uniquely designed turbine can automatically adjust both rotational speed and gap, allowing the same shear rate observed in the laboratory to be replicated on larger-scale machines. Further advantages include extremely high shear power for emulsions and nano-stable products while maintaining careful control of shear stress. Moreover, by optimizing each phase of the recipe, raw material savings can be achieved thanks to more stable and controlled emulsions, as well as reduced processing times and lower energy consumption.Turbine diameter adjustment can be carried out directly via the recipe from the operator panel, which has been completely redesigned to ensure improved usability. 

The HMI has been updated with a new hardware configuration and an even more user-friendly display, offering modernized protocols, greater responsiveness and a more intuitive interface. The graphic design, developed by Dumek, provides a full visualization of the machine and allows simple and immediate management of the various utilities, making the user experience smoother and more efficient.
