At Cosmopack 2026, Marchesini Group Beauty focuses on flexible solutions for processing and filling liquid products

In the last few months, the Marchesini Group’s cosmetics business unit has received a large number of enquiries from the beauty world concerning mixers and filling systems for liquid products including serums, lotions, oils and emulsions. These technologies are fundamental in the cosmetics industry, where precision, hygiene and product integrity are crucial. Mixers, in particular, must ensure the uniform mixing of delicate formulations, often rich in active and natural ingredients. Alongside these solutions are machines for filling liquid products, designed to handle a wide range of viscosities with the highest level of precision while minimising waste. The offering is completed by the secondary packaging solutions, developed to enable the integration of traceability and aggregation systems. 

The Marchesini Group is investing a great deal in the development of complete turnkey solutions evolved to be more and more flexible and tailored to the cosmetics industry’s needs. The latest generation of machines is designed to simplify cleaning procedures, automate processes, shorten size change times and optimise the overall efficiency of machines and production lines. The aim is to offer customers technologies that not only guarantee outstanding performance but also provide agile adaptation to diversified, dynamic production contexts, where speed and versatility are key factors. 

With this in mind, from 26 to 28 March Marchesini Group Beauty will be at stand A9, hall 19 at the Bologna Exhibition Centre with an array of solutions for the primary and secondary packaging of liquid products, with one special highlight being a line for the complete packaging of perfumes. The production of these products requires an exceptionally high degree of care and strict quality controls, in a context that still involves several manual procedures. 

To meet these requirements Marchesini Group Beauty will be exhibiting a line comprising Vibrotech robotised machines for the manipulation and automatic loading of empty jars and overcaps, followed by an Axomatic filling and capping machine equipped with a blower/vacuum bottle cleaning workstation, a syringe-type liquid dosing unit with suction for precise filling level control, and Pick & Place technological infeed systems. The offering is completed by V2 engineering solutions including vertical cartoners for cartoning bottles, also with liner insertion, and a range of automatic overwrappers able to process multiple types of products, with thermo-sealing film and edge weld sealing, rounded off by a Cartopallet, which not only inserts finished products in cartons and palletises them but also features a traceability and aggregation system.
