Marchesini Group will be exhibiting at FACHPACK 2025, one of the main European packaging industry trade shows, being held in Nuremberg from 23 to 25 September. The Group, a leader in the design and production of machines and complete lines for packaging of pharmaceutical and cosmetics products, and a cornerstone of Italy’s Packaging Valley, will be present in Hall 3C, Stand 462, with some cutting-edge technological solutions representative of its main Pharma and Beauty divisions, with an eye on digital innovations.
Marchesini Group is confirming its attendance at one of the key appointments for companies in the packaging sector who wish to see the latest trends first-hand, in close partnership with its German subsidiary – evidence of its strong international presence and desire to strengthen links with the German and wider European market.
At FachPack 2025, a Stickpack machine from the company’s Pharma division will be on show, designed to guarantee the highest levels of efficiency and accuracy in packaging of pharmaceutical products. This 16-lane stickpack solution is designed to process polypropylene (PP) packaging materials, with or without a polyethylene (PE) layer, in accordance with the European PPWR Regulation. Attendees are invited to visit the stand to learn more about the regulation and discuss the potential solutions with our experts. Indeed these materials, like OPP or BOPP with an intermediate metallised layer, are 100% recyclable mono-material plastics: thanks to their safety for food or drug contact, they represent a valid alternative to traditional PET/ALU materials for the production of high-barrier flexible packaging.
For the Beauty division, the stars of the show will be two solutions designed to meet the needs for flexibility and quality in packaging of cosmetics products. On show will be: an AXO 1000, an automatic tube filling machine from the Axomatic brand; and a JAM 42 from Rejves Machinery, which consists of a monobloc machine dedicated to packaging of liquid products such as nail varnish, perfume, detergent or creams.
This latter machine stands out for its extensive flexibility, both in the filling and capping section, as well as for its ability to dispense both viscous and foam products, through various technologies such as syringes, mass feeders, flow meters or peristaltic pumps. The same flexibility is also offered in the capping section, which is able to manage threaded caps, glass pipettes or pumps.
The stand will also host an area dedicated to the Group’s digital technologies, where visitors will be able to explore the Customer Portal, a tool designed to improve the after-sales experience, including the predictive maintenance services available for the Group’s machines.
