INTEGRA 420 - 420V
Progettate per essere conforme alle normative cGMP, INTEGRA 420 e 420V presentano una struttura a balcone per migliorare l'accessibilità.
Le macchine sono composte da due sezioni principali, la sezione blisteratrice e la sezione di astucciamento.
Presenta un'area di lavoro ergonomica grazie alla posizione posteriore sia delle bobine di formatura che della stazione di preriscaldamento e formatura. Ciò consente anche una footprint ridotta, come richiesto dall'industria di oggi.
Sono disponibili molteplici opzioni di unità di alimentazione del prodotto per eseguire qualsiasi tipo di produzione.
Le operazioni di sigillatura, codifica e taglio vengono eseguite su gruppi indipendenti servocomandati.
Il ROBOCOMBI trasferisce e impila il blister nella sezione di astucciamento.
