Live Assistance

INSTANT COMMUNICATION BETWEEN TECHNICIANS

We have implemented an upgraded Live Assistance system to support our customers in the event of problems with our machines, ensuring more effective troubleshooting by way of a dedicated App - or optional smartglasses - which can be set up on any smartphone or tablet in just a few clicks.

To access the service, simply install the App on your device and complete the registration process to receive a Customer Code; the customer is then contacted directly via the App and is provided with the necessary assistance.

Live Assistance

If the Teleservice software is installed on a given machine, the customer can set up the HMI operator panel remotely via a secure internet connection.

Once the connection has been established, our technicians can analyse the machine's vital parameters remotely, carry out setup/reset operations and prevent potential errors that can affect machine operations.

This technology plays a vital role at times like these, allowing us to resolve incidental issues without visiting the customer. Furthermore, it also speeds up various processes and offers significant cost savings.

MIMO is an easy to install plug and play camera system which streams what is happening in the machine at very high video quality up to 100 FPS.

MIMO system keeps recording the machine activity and, thanks to the built-in machine software, can detect the moment of the malfunction. By doing so, we can gather the information we need to identify and fix the problem. Every recorded issue can be re-watched from your laptop or smartphone via our dedicated App, even is slow-motion!

For customers who cannot visit our factories due to Covid-19, the standard FAT has been upgraded with a streaming alternative, the X-FAT.

This new solution facilitates communication between our technicians and the customer's on-site technician, who is able to see every detail of the machine from every angle using fixed and mobile cameras positioned along the machine/line at the factory.

Each FAT is recorded, and the recording can be provided with the final report, on request.

Providing on-going support to our customer is a responsibility we take seriously, and for this reason we have developed a new concept of SAT, the X-SAT.

X-SAT groups, together all the X SERVICES, can be used as a single solution together with a detailed guideline which defines the activity plan, risk analysis, involving the necessary staff.

All this is possible thanks to the MIMO cameras, where you can see each machine operation in live streaming, and also externally, thanks to cameras positioned on the production line.

With Teleservice we are able to control the operator panel and improve resolution time where alarms are activated.

Finally, thanks to Live Assistance, we are able to interact live with the operator on the field and provide step by step guidance.
