Marchesini Group at Hispack: 50 years of growth and innovation

Marchesini Group, the multinational which this year celebrates 50 years as a manufacturer of automatic machinery, will be attending the Hispack show in Barcelona from 7 to 10 May.
On the stand the Group will exhibit a wide selection of machines for the pharmaceutical and beauty industries, alongside the latest innovations developed in the field of digitalisation and artificial intelligence.

As in previous editions, there will be fundamental support from subsidiary Marchesini Group Iberica, the point of reference for the Spanish market and the Maghreb for many years: it has been operating in the area since 1975, making this one of the very first European zones to benefit from a team of specialised professionals able to support customers from design through to after-sales service. Over the years, the Spanish subsidiary has consolidated its market share, offering innovative solutions grounded in highly respected expertise, experience and know-how in the sector.

The machines on show on stand 167

On stand 167 in exhibition hall 3, Marchesini Group will exhibit a machine designed to count bottles and fill them with tablets or capsules: the machine, featuring a state-of-the-art set of multivision cameras, performs a number of inspections on the product, including its shape, thickness and colour. The stand will also show a monobloc machine constructed by M.A.R. for the in-line filling, stoppering and capping of bottles with 100% weight checking, and a rotary tablet press built by Dott. Bonapace perfect for laboratory and R&D work.

The Group’s cosmetic division, Marchesini Group Beauty, will also feature strongly at this edition, exhibiting various solutions designed to meet the needs of the beauty industry. Visitors will be able to view two Dumek solutions on show: a turbo-emulsifier for producing emulsions such as creams, balsams and lotions, and an e-filly, an all-electronic laboratory machine for filling liquids, creams and pastes, complete with servo-motor. The stand will also feature a tube filling machine for filling and sealing plastic tubes with a hot air system, produced by the Axomatic brand.

Other novelties on show include a Rejves monobloc filling machine for filling and capping models with high-precision dosing and a Vibrotech flexible infeed system for handling products in trays, complete with robot, viewing system, vibrating hopper and vibrating cover plate, able to process a wide range of products. Last but not least, the stand will include a digital corner exhibiting predictive maintenance solutions that enable customers to increase productivity and gain greater knowledge and control of the machines purchased, and augmented reality size change, developed with a view to facilitating the transfer of information and know-how for the correct use of machines.
