Visit us at Interphex Japan 2025

From 9 to 11 July, Marchesini Group will be exhibiting at Interphex Japan 2025, Japan’s biggest manufacturing and packaging technology show that has been providing pharmaceutical industry leaders with the opportunity for meetings and networking in Japan and Asia for 25 years.  

The team will be on hand at the event to introduce visitors to the latest innovations on the machines and lines developed for packaging pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. The company’s Stand W10-20, West Hall 1F will exhibit a two-lane linear automatic filling machine for metal, plastic and laminate tubes. 

This solution, able to achieve a production speed of up to 200 tubes per minute, is ideal for packaging pharmaceutical and beauty sector creams, gels and ointments and provides outstanding versatility, user-friendliness and rapid size change. Size change operations are partially centralised, driven by a servomotor and controlled directly using the PC on board the machine. What’s more the machine, completely compliant with GMP standards, is designed for simultaneous installation of systems for closing metal and plastic/laminate tubes, with the switch between closing heads taking just a few minutes. 
Inkjet or laser printers can also be installed for printing variable data, with the relative OCV/OCR inspection cameras.
