Solutions on display at EXPO PACK Guadalajara 2025

From June 10th to 12th, Marchesini Group, a leading company in the production of automatic machines for packaging pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, will participate in EXPO PACK Guadalajara 2025, the largest packaging and processing fair in Latin America. At stand J932, visitors will be welcomed by the Mexican branch Marchesini Group Mexico, which has been offering commercial and after-sales services to customers for several years, from spare parts to specialized technical assistance. The team will be available to anyone who wants to learn more about the two different solutions for packaging pharmaceutical products on show at the stand: an INTEGRA 320, a monoblock packaging line consisting of a blister machine and a cartoner, and an RS1, a monoblock that performs both visual inspection and leak test control using the High Voltage Leak Detection system for injectable products.

On the occasion of Expo Pack Guadalajara, an INTEGRA 320 will be exhibited: a robotic and integrated monoblock, consisting of a continuous motion blister machine for forming blisters in PVC/ALU (or other materials upon request) and a cartoner for packaging in cartons with either flaps straight or reverse tuck-in cartons. On show, visitors can discover the RS1: a monobloc machine that performs both visual inspection and leak test control by High Voltage Leak Detection system of injectable products. The machine, which can handle ampoules, vials and cartridges, can be configured to inspect both liquid and LYO products: the standard configuration control stations include cosmetic control of tip/cap from lateral side, checking possible defects such as tip shape, height, black spots and rings for ampoules and crimping defects, stopper presence, flip-off presence and color for vials. 

Particles control is performed by other control stations that can detect different kinds of particles in water-based and oil-based solutions, thank to a combination of different Led lights illumination and spinning speed. Optional controls such as LYO inspection, sidewalls glass defects, flip-off top view and leak test for LYO products can be implemented in the machine.
