Washing & sterilizing

Washing machines ensure perfect washing and drying of both the insides and outsides of ampoules, vials, bottles and carpules. The washing machine upstream of the filling line is followed by a depyrogenation tunnel with unidirectional air flow, with size appropriate to the required speed and the range of containers to be washed.  The washing system can be configured to suit the needs of individual customers and can be equipped with an ultrasonic pre-washing system. The external surface of ampoules, vials or bottles can also be decontaminated downstream of the filling line to remove any traces of liquid or powder products.
