Marchesini Group filling and capping machines for packaging effervescent tablets in rigid tubes boast an innovative positive loading system comprising a 12-arm Pick & Place robot which collects the tablets in rows, rotates them through 90° and inserts them gently in the tube, stacked as required. On-board sensors to check for correct stacking and control systems to verify correct cap application ensure extremely high quality in all filling and capping procedures for every single tube.
