Deep drawn thermoforming

Deep draw tray forming machines/lines are able to package a wide variety of products, including ampoules, syringes, vials and needles and medical devices in pharmaceutical production contexts. On-board integrated robotics ensures excellent performance in terms of flexible product infeed, gentle handling of fragile products with any shape, size or positioning, and rapid size changeovers, as well as total safeguarding of end packages. Available options include infeed of different products into the same tray and the capability for packaging using different materials, including green and new-generation materials.
