Marchesini Group at Interphex: a vial filling and stoppering solution for production in an aseptic environment and two laboratory machines on display

Marchesini Group will be exhibiting at Interphex, to be held from 25 to 27 April 2023 at the Javits Center in New York. 
The Group will be supported at this major industry exhibition by the North American subsidiary, Marchesini Group USA, which was established more than 30 years ago. Professional technical and sales staff will be on hand to demonstrate the equipment on display on stand 2501.

The machines on display at Interphex

The specific machines chosen for presentation at the New York fair will include the STERY LA: a machine for filling and stoppering Small Volume Parenteral (SVP) vials produced in aseptic conditions with two possible stoppering modes, total for liquid or partial for freeze-dried products. This machine is produced by Corima, the Group division specialised in technologies for guaranteeing a totally aseptic production process, fundamental for packaging pharmaceutical products such as cancer drugs, vaccines and other injectables. 
In addition to the Stery LA, Marchesini will also present two solutions by Dott. Bonapace, a company based in Cusano Milanino (Milan) that became part of the Marchesini Group in 2021. Dott. Bonapace specialises in laboratory machinery and in small industrial production outputs of high-tech pharmaceuticals and for Research & Development.

The stand will exhibit an IN-CAP SE automatic filling machine, able to process up to 3,000 capsules an hour and designed to dose various products (such as powders, liquids, pellets and tablets) into the same capsule, with over twenty possible combinations. Visitors will also enjoy a close look at the CPR 18 SE tablet press, ideal for research and development laboratories, medium production lots, and clinical and nutraceutical products.
